How are messages counted?
Both the messages you send and the messages beHERObot sends to you count toward your message limit.
When you approach your monthly limit, you’ll receive a friendly notification. You can purchase an Extra Message Package and continue without interruption.
Do unused messages roll over to the next month?
Unused messages from your regular monthly allowance do not roll over. Your limit resets each month.
Purchased Extra Message Packages never expire and roll over to future months until fully used, with no time limit. You can use these messages in any following months after purchase.

Which languages does beHERObot support?
When you first log in, beHERObot automatically detects your language. It can communicate in more than 50 languages.
beHERObot recognizes the language you use and continues the conversation in that language. If you switch to a different language, it will respond in the new language without losing context.
If the language is detected incorrectly, simply say “speak to me in Czech / English / French”, etc., and beHERObot will adjust immediately.
I use Gemini
WHAT’S OK:
Google allows you to turn off the use of conversations for training directly in Gemini settings.
Gemini is connected to a Google account, using the familiar Google ecosystem (Drive, Docs, etc.), where standard data protection rules apply (GDPR-compliant for EU accounts).
BUT BE CAREFUL:
Data processing still takes place on Google servers, so if you enter personal data into Gemini, there is still a risk of temporary data storage and internal access within Google.
Google states that data may be retained for security monitoring and service improvement unless you explicitly disable this.
There is no guarantee of complete data isolation and no option to sign a DPA for individual users.
Corporate customers must use Google Cloud or Vertex AI.
CONCLUSION:
Gemini (including the paid version) is not 100% safe for HR data. If you process candidates’ personal data, it is recommended to use a private or specialized AI solution.
I use ChatGPT Plus
WHAT’S OK:
OpenAI does not train models on ChatGPT Plus conversations if you keep the default settings and turn off “Chat history & training” in your settings.
The Plus version is available only via the web interface (chat.openai.com), meaning the data is not sent to the API or used in enterprise environments.
BUT BE CAREFUL:
Even if training is disabled, data still passes through OpenAI servers in the US and is not end-to-end encrypted.
OpenAI reserves the right to retain data for up to 30 days for security monitoring purposes, even when training is disabled.
For truly corporate or sensitive use cases (e.g. HR), OpenAI recommends Business or Enterprise solutions, where a Data Processing Agreement (DPA) can be signed and zero data retention can be configured.
CONCLUSION:
The paid GPT version (Plus) is not suitable for processing personal or sensitive HR data unless you have specific enterprise conditions (Team / Enterprise). The user does not have full control over where data is processed or how it is stored.
